real support for real life
ambitious womEN who do it all
You’re navigating a full, high-impact life — leading teams, raising families, chasing goals — and trying not to lose yourself in the process.
But most wellness brands? They’re either oversimplified or too aspirational, built for someone with more time, fewer responsibilities, and less on the line.
It’s your smarter starting point - a curated content and community platform offering practical strategies, expert insights, and shared wisdom from women who get it.
It’s not about doing less—it’s about doing what matters. No perfectionism. Just the tools and the community you actually need to sustain success without burning out.
Whether you’re navigating leadership and motherhood, adulthood and your first big career job, or just trying to hold it all together — you’re not alone. This community is for you, and we’re not chasing balance as a finish line.
We’re building it—together—as a skill, a habit, and a way of living that holds room for both ambition and wellbeing.
We’ve climbed ladders, held them steady for others, and checked every box — only to find we’ve crashed through glass ceilings at the expense of ourselves, and most wellness content doesn’t look like our real lives.
We don’t just need another productivity hack or exercise routine. We need smart systems, strategic support, and trusted spaces to ask “How am I, really?” and get answers that honor both the science and the season of life we’re in.
This work matters because women’s wellbeing is not optional.
It’s foundational—to performance, leadership, connection, and longevity.
We are a platform for high-achieving women and forward-thinking organizations to access curated resources, community insight, and strategic support — without the fluff, the information overload, or the idea that we’re chasing ‘Perfect.’
Every Balance Blueprint, Well Said feature, and curated resource is mapped to these five domains—so you can stop guessing, start resourcing, and build a version of success that actually supports your life.
Financial well-being, safety, support systems
Relationships, community, and emotional support
Stress recovery, emotional agility, bounce-back strength
Personal development, reinvention, aligned ambition
Physical vitality, sleep, hormones, and recovery
Our approach is inspired by leading wellbeing frameworks—including Harvard’s Flourishing Model—and adapted for the complexity of modern, high-achieving lives. We've translated the science into practical tools for ambitious women navigating full, demanding lives.
We’re here to help ambitious women build lives they don’t have to recover from.
We believe wellbeing is a strategy — and happiness is not a luxury. And we’re here to help women access it, practice it, and pay it forward. We believe that success isn’t the thief of joy and that friendship is a life skill.

Devín is the founder of Rise on Balance, a curated wellbeing platform and community built for women with ambition, complexity, and very full lives.
A reformed corporate lawyer turned people and culture advisor, she has spent two decades at the intersection of high performance, inclusion, and sustainable leadership. She began her career in leveraged finance at Skadden and went on to serve as the first Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Blackstone—building firmwide strategies that integrated culture, talent, and leadership development. She’s built DEI strategies for global firms, coached C-suite leaders through growth and reinvention, and advised top companies on what it really takes to retain high-value talent.
She earned her BA with Distinction from the University of Virginia—graduating in three years while juggling four jobs—and went on to receive her JD from Columbia Law School, where she served on Law Review.
But her real expertise? Knowing what it feels like to juggle ambition, caregiving, and a mental load that never turns off—and still wonder if you’re doing enough.
That’s why she built Rise on Balance: to solve the gap between access and application. Between wisdom and being overwhelmed. Between success and sustainability.
Her work is informed by evidence, shaped by lived experience, and driven by the belief that success and wellbeing are not at odds—they’re built together.
The Rise Collective includes powerhouse women across law, philanthropy, wellness, and entrepreneurship.
These women bring insight, integrity, and influence — helping to guide our platform, challenge our assumptions, and ensure our content reflects the complexity of women’s lives within our community.
Your village, reimagined: diverse in perspective, unified in purpose, and proof that success and well-being don’t have to be at odds.
